Sebastien Lagree [founder of lagree fitness]
With an MBA from Seattle University, advanced certifications for both weight training and Pilates, and over 18 years of professional experience in numerous aspects of health and fitness, Sebastien Lagree opened his first studio in September of 2001. Lagree Fitness quickly developed a following of celebrities and top athletes. Simply put, Lagree Fitness is the most innovative and aggressive approach to full body conditioning to date. It is the next evolution in physical fitness. Moving effectively out of the borders of conditioned stimulus, the Lagree Fitness integrates the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance in a sequence that allows for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction. The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion, while allowing for a low risk of injury. This sequence also promotes flexibility and elasticity. The client, at conclusion, is left with a lithe and powerful body resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life.

Carlynn Martin [trainer]
I have over 4 years of Personal and Group Fitness Training along with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Denver. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, being that I grew up playing every sport imaginable. I played Division I soccer at the University of Denver and since I have continued to play non-competitively and also participate in several charity events, such as the MS 150, as well as competed in several marathons and triathlons. I am continually looking for ways to expand my knowledge of fitness and challenge myself and others with fitness goals.
I have worked with a wide variety of clientele; many who have a general interest of getting into shape, long term and short term fitness goals, and even collegiate level athletes. I love it when my clientele can work hard and have fun at the same time. I have made it a point to center my career on helping people change their lives both mentally and physically. I believe the more ways an individual can stay active, from trying different fitness classes to hiking or skiing on the weekends, the more likely they are to continually live a healthy and happy life. A quote that I live by:
"If your dreams don't scare you, then they aren't big enough."

Lindsey Lillpop [trainer]
Lindsey Lillpop believes that her foundation in fitness began at the age of ten when she started competing in gymnastics. From there, her love of challenging and pushing herself physically reached into different avenues such as volleyball, dance, running, and yoga to name a few. Through-out the years, Lindsey really began to observe the importance of exercise, especially in older age. "It really blew my mind when I would hear about these eighty year-old marathon runners who were in great shape, and then would see someone twenty years younger who had trouble climbing stairs without having pain of some sort! I decided I wanted to be like the eighty year-old marathon runners . . . only without the marathon :)" Despite her love of fitness, she still realizes how hard it can be to be disciplined and consistent in a workout routine. "I really feel I can relate to most of my clients, because even though I love being active I still struggle with having the discipline to do so on a regular basis. But I also know how great I feel afterwards and all the benefits I'm being rewarded with, and it's those benefits that I'm addicted to and want to share with others."
When Lindsey was introduced to LAGREE fitness, she definitely knew it was something she needed to share. She loved that she could finally have a workout that combined the best of all worlds: intense, comprehensive, and low impact. Her goal is to use this LAGREE workout to create a fun, high energy environment where people actually look forward to working out! "I'm committed to helping others achieve that quality of life that I know they can absolutely have".

In 2011, the call of the mountains and the outdoor recreation of Colorado brought Taylor west where she now calls home. She is a certified personal trainer, long-distance race coach, Spinning instructor certified through Mad Dogg Athletics and a Forrest yoga teacher. She strongly believes everyone has an inner athlete & warrior that they need to learn to believe in! Workouts shouldn't be about going through the motions, but rather about getting in touch with and embracing all the physical and mental power within each of us. Taylor is attentive to her students form during her high-energy, upbeat classes.
Taylor has competed in several races, including taking 1st in the Wild Women Triathlon in Illinois, and is currently training for the Leadville marathon and has her eye on the Leadville 100 in 2014. Carrie Messner [trainer]
Carrie Messner, grew up in Ohio where she spent her years as a competitive cheerleader and dancer. She loved how quickly her injuries responded and how it kept her out of having surgery. She then knew that Pilates had to be in her daily fitness routine. After receiving a Pilates certification, she was never quite satisfied with the overall workout. Carrie was introduced to Lagree Fitness in 2012 and really could not believe the difference. It was exactly what she was looking for and knew she had to share it with others. Carrie is thrilled to be joining the PE team and could not be more excited to share her passion for the technique and inspire others to live a healthy and fit life.
